Yes. If your loan is financed through Community Focus Federal Credit Union, you can make payments online using our secure payment portal or through Online Banking if you have a Community Focus account.
No. You can make a payment using a debit card or a checking account from another financial institution. Convenience fees may apply depending on the payment method selected.
Payments made through Online Banking are typically applied immediately. Payments made through our payment portal may take up to 1–2 business days to process and post to your loan.
Yes. If you're paying from another financial institution, you can set up recurring payments. You'll pay a one-time $10 setup fee, but you won't be charged a convenience fee for each monthly payment. You can also avoid fees by making payments directly from a Community Focus account through Online Banking.
Yes. Automatic payments can be set up from your Community Focus account or from an account at another financial institution. Contact us and we'll help you get started.
