Systems Upgrade

We’re excited to announce that on Friday, May 31 we’ll be launching important upgrades to our central computer systems. These changes are designed to elevate the services we offer you, our valued members. Stay tuned to this page for updates as the conversion date approaches.

Here's What You Need to Know:

• Friday, May 31 - The upgrade period will begin at 6 p.m. or soon after. 
• All systems will be down including:
  • Online Banking, Online Bill Pay, Mobile App, Speedy Line Phone Banking.
  • Shared Branching will not be available.
  • Debit/ATM Cards will have offline limits.
• Saturday, June 1, 2024 - All systems referenced above will be down. Drive-thru and lobby will be closed.
• Sunday, June 2, 2024 - All services are expected to be restored. However, you may experience intermittent outages. 

How Can You Prepare:

• Before 6 p.m. on Friday, May 31
  • Jot down your account balances. During the upgrade, balance inquiries and internal transfers will not be available.
• Try to anticipate your cash needs for the weekend of May 31.
  • Withdraw a desired amount of cash before May 31 as ATM/Debit cards will only have an offline limit during the the weekend of May 31.
• Remember that the CFFCU's drive-through and lobby will be closed on Saturday, June 1.
