Board Update Following our Annual Meeting on April 8, 2026, we’re excited to share a few updates from our Board of Directors. Michael Brock, Kurt McKinney, and Aunna Dusseau were elected to serve three-year terms on the Board. After the election, Michael Brock was selected to serve as Board Chair. We also want to share that Harry Roesch has stepped down from his role as Board Chair, with one year remaining in his term. In line with our governance process, Raymond Slumpff—who was a candidate in the most recent election—has been appointed to fill the remainder of the term as a Board Director. We’re grateful to Harry Roesch for his leadership and service, and we look forward to Michael Brock stepping into his new role, along with Raymond Slumpff joining the Board.
