When is the Chat available?
Community Focus FCU team is available to chat during the regular Community Focus FCU business hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9 a.m.– 5 p.m., Wednesday 9 a.m.– 5 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. After hours, you can use the chat window to send an email to Community Focus FCU and we will reach back to you the next business day.
How do I start a Chat session?
To start chatting with us, simply click on the “Chat with Community Focus” icon located in the bottom right hand corner of any communityfocusfcu.org webpage and you will be assisted by a CFFCU team member.
What questions can I ask using the Chat?
CFFCU team members will be happy to assist with answering general questions but questions regarding members’ accounts will only be answered by phone.
Is my Chat session secure?
Yes. CFFCU uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) that provides secure encrypted communication during Chat sessions. However, please refrain from sending confidential information related to your account via the chat.
Is there a fee to use this service?
No. You can use the CFFCU Chat for free!
