We are looking for a friendly, motivated, sales-oriented individual. The applicant must be friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable, with strong verbal and written communication skills. This person must also be proficient in Windows, Word and Excel. Previous customer service and cash handling experience required. Some duties include check cashing, deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, opening and closing accounts, problem solving and balancing daily transactions using a calculator. Must be willing to cross sell products and services that are in the best interest of the member’s needs. Previous teller experience a plus. Must be flexible to work at both our Brownstown and Ecorse offices and be available for Saturday mornings, 9 am to 1 pm.
We are looking for a head teller/teller supervisor. This position requires exceptional member service skills, product and service knowledge, attention to detail and adherence to operational policies and procedures. The essential functions of this position are: maintaining vault cash, maintaining a teller drawer and performing teller transactions, opening and closing accounts, assisting team members with balancing daily transactions, coaching tellers with cross sell expectations, resolving account related concerns with members, and training new staff. The individual must have good communication skills. Computer and calculator skills required. Lending experience a plus. Must be able to work Saturdays and have flexibility to work at either the Brownstown or Ecorse branch. Minimum requirements are: a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in financial services.
