Payment Solutions Specialist

Community Focus Federal Credit Union is seeking a full time collector who is self-motivated, a team player with effective communication skills. This person will be responsible for help in minimizing delinquency of all loans while preserving member relationships. Duties include working delinquent accounts, contacting members in an attempt to secure payments by making phone calls and mailing letters. Other duties include processing late notices; processing payments; monitoring accounts with payment plans; collecting overdrawn accounts and returned checks; preparing legal documents, garnishments and tax levies, preparing month end reports, meeting with the Delinquency Control Committee and any other duties assigned. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of prior collection experience, knowledge of legal requirements relating to loans and collections, such as the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and all lending and collection regulations. Must be available to work at our Brownstown or Ecorse offices. Mon – Thurs 9 am – 5 pm, Fridays 9 am – 6 pm & some Saturdays 9 am- 1 pm. Please send resume to

Teller/Member Service Representative (Part Time)

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, sales-oriented individual to add to our team. The applicant must be friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable, with strong verbal and written communication skills. This person must also be proficient in Windows, Word and Excel. Previous customer service and cash handling experience required. Some duties include check cashing, deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, opening and closing accounts, problem solving and balancing daily transactions using a calculator. Must be willing to cross sell products and services that match members' financial needs. Previous teller experience a plus. Must be flexible to work at both our Brownstown and Ecorse offices and be available for Saturday mornings, 9 am to 1 pm. If interested, please send your resume to and

Loan Processor

We are looking for a full-time Loan Processor who is friendly, outgoing and looking to make a difference.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phone calls regarding loan products; assisting members with the loan process; inputting all loan information into lending software; reviewing and verifying loan documents for accuracy; obtaining credit reports; and closing loans with members. Successful candidate must be able to accurately perform debt ratios and mathematical calculations and must have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of lending policies/procedures required. A minimum of one-year Lending/Loan Processing experience required,  Must be available Monday through Thursday 8:45 am to 5 pm, Friday 8:45 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm.  To apply please send your resume to
